Our Vision for Torfaen and Gwent

At Digiport, we believe that access to technology is a fundamental right, not a luxury. As we grow, our mission is expanding beyond technical support; we are committed to ensuring that no one in our local community is left behind in an increasingly digital world.

Building a Digitally Inclusive Future

We are currently in the process of developing a new, dedicated social initiative focused on digital inclusivity. Our goal is to bridge the gap between technology and the people of Torfaen and Gwent by providing the tools, knowledge, and support needed to navigate the modern age with confidence. We are currently discussing plans with Business Wales and Torfaen Council, to establish the best way to move this forward for our local community.
 

While this project is still in its foundational stages, our core objectives are clear:

• Access for All: Reducing the barriers to obtaining reliable hardware and connectivity.

• Empowering Skills: Supporting local residents in developing the digital literacy required for work and daily life.

• Sustainable Tech: Promoting a circular economy by refurbishing and repurposing technology to benefit the community.

We are more than just a service provider; we are a neighbour. As we build this new chapter of Digiport, we look forward to collaborating with local partners and residents to create a more connected, empowered, and inclusive South Wales.
